Three-Headed Wolf, known as Lascert Wolf (ラスケルトウルフ) in Japan, is actually a Orthrus two-headed wolf enemy from Altered Beast that usually attack in packs. Albino wolves carry a Spirit Ball that allows the Centurion to transform.

Trivia: It's two headed appearance seems to indicate that it is in fact based off of the Orthrus from Greek mythos; a two headed dog who guarded Geryon's castle and was brother of Cerberus.
